    Beautiful lake views from the balcony.

    The shower and bathroom were poorly maintained, with sliding doors that did not function properly. Every shower left a mess due to poor design, and it seemed the hotel's commitment to sustainability was questionable. To top it off, we were surprised to find no bathtub in our room, disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.

    Waking up to a view of the shimmering lake and indulging in a good breakfast spread. The staff's personalized service.

    Unfortunately, the location was a bit farther from downtown attractions than expected, requiring a 30-minute taxi ride or lengthy walk for sightseeing.

    Absolutely loved the room with a fine balcony view! The service was great-couldn't ask for better . Spa area was perfection, and I had a good time unwinding.

    The Wi-Fi was about as speedy as a tortoise on a lazy day. Good luck streaming anything without buffering!

    Best for luxury seekers

    The spa was lovely and had an infinity pool that seemed to stretch into the sky. The breakfast was great, served fresh and good, without the usual buffet chaos, everything was so well taken care of.

    It wasn't cheap, but let's be honest it was worth every penny.

    Beautiful views and really good service

    I stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with a Partial Lake View, and I must say, the panoramic views were amazing! The warm, cute staff elevated the experience significantly, especially during breakfast, where the variety of organic juices was excellent. I found the room slightly small for my liking, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious stay.
